• Each order comes with a pre-paid shipping label for added convenience.

 2. Fulfillment of Orders

 3. Handling Frozen Pastries

• For pastries that require freezing, place them in your freezer for a few hours until they reach the desired frozen state.

 4. Custom Branded Boxes (Optional)

• Put the pastries in your own box. You may consider utilizing our optional service to design branded boxes tailored to your bakery. These eco-friendly boxes not only showcase your unique brand but also provide enhanced protection during shipping. You can contact us for details.

5. Packaging Process

• Place your pastries in your designated box, ensuring they are snug and secure.
• Follow our packaging instructions to insert your box into the shipping box, utilizing the provided wrappings.
• If your pastries are frozen, include the cooling ice boxes provided by us in the shipping box.
• Seal the package securely with the supplied tapes.

 6. Convenient Pick-Up by Shipping Partner

• Our trusted shipping partner will conveniently stop by your bakery to pick up the carefully packaged box for delivery to the awaiting customer.
