Choux are similar to cream puffs, but are made with delicate pastry dough to get its airiness and soft crunch. Our choux are topped with an almond crunch and comes in various flavors: Kaya(pandan), Black Sesame, Ube, Hojicha, and Durian.
Upon receiving, our fresh choux will stay fresh for 1-2 days in room temperature, 7 days in refrigerator, 3 months in freezer.
Our choux can be eaten at room temperature or heated. You can heat them up briefly in a microwave, toaster oven or air fryer if you prefer before consuming.
