Upon receiving, our fresh mochi cakes will stay fresh for 1-2 days in room temperature, 7 days in refrigerator, 3 months in freezer.
Our mochi cakes are made with rice flour. It becomes hard when it is cold. We suggest to heat them up briefly in a microwave, toaster oven or air fryer for softer texture and better taste.
